SHE WRITE BLACK:
BLACK GIRL POETICS + LIBERATION + HEALING
SUMMER LAB DESCRIPTION:
In She Write Black, we use Black Girl Poetics as a form of healing and liberation. We write about the joys and the pains of Black girlhood - creatively, poetically and unapologetically. We explore the depths of our own voice and affirm our relationship to our own stories. We do not shame nor censor ourselves. We write to get free.
