COURAGEOUS COMMUNICATION FOR BLACK GIRLS

LAB DESCRIPTION:

In this Love & Learning Lab, we will explore what courageous communication is and you’ll learn the tools and techniques to have constructive courageous conversations with yourself (the way you talk to yourself) and others (feeling confident expressing yourself and allowing others to express themselves in all areas of your life).

UYSA expects that Black girls who participate in this Lab will glean from Ryane’s own journey, and overcome their fears in order to courageously and effectively communicate. Whether the opportunity presents itself to speak to one’s class, their family, or the nation — Courageous Communication for Black Girls edifies students and prepares them for their future.

Deadline to Enroll: Wednesday, February 17, 2021

LAB INSTRUCTOR:

Known as the Secret Confidence Gap Closer, Ryane LeCesne coaches high-achievers – specializing in the unique needs of high-achieving Black women – to close their secret confidence gap so they can advance their career or build their dream business. Ryane understands how frustrating it is to have followed the "blueprint to success" only to feel like you secretly lack the confidence to advance your career or build your dream business with clarity and courage. She knows what it feels like to have done "everything right” and still second-guess yourself and your professional dreams. She also knows what it takes to “feel the fear” of your dreams and goals and “do it anyway.”

To provide a solution for high-achievers to overcome the widespread problem of the secret confidence gap, Ryane has created effective and innovative personal development programs that combine career and entrepreneurial coaching with energy healing to provide you with a holistic and proven process to advance toward your professional dreams.

Ryane is a wife and a mother, and is a proud graduate of Spelman College and Georgetown University.
