I was RAISED IN Chester, PA.

Besides way too much homework, my day consists of meetings with TEAM MAC (Making a Change), RISE-Responsibility (Respect, Integrity, Service & Excellence), FUSE, and Big Brother Big Sister.  Over the years, the UNIQUELY YOU SUMMIT has taught me how to love myself more and how to make myself a better person.  And to always stand for what's right, no matter what others think.

I define #FORTHELOVEOFBLACKGIRLS as powerful women; girls who are standing up for our rights and leading by example.

I feel most brave when I'm standing up for what's right. Beautiful when I look at myself, and brilliant when I do what I love. If I could tell black girls one secret, it would be, "love yourself more and more each day and have a mentor in your life.  Mentors have such an impact on your life." And if I could change ONE STEREOTYPE about black girls, it would be, "that all girls love pink, and that we're 'hoes' or 'thots'."

My GREATEST INFLUENCE are MY MENTORS.

But my #BlackGirlInspirations are females who are doing something great in the world and trying to impact lives. Right now I'm reading "Chains."

I will use my COVER GIRL PLATFORM to inspire young girls where I come from that you can come from a small city and do BIG things.

And I will use this platform in service to help other girls love themselves and be unique.
